Alinya's first Sunday at home..all went well and she was adored by all who met her! As you can see, she is nice and tan. I will call a midwife tomorrow to come and measure a bilirubin level on her and see if she is not too jaundiced. She is sleeping well, only woke up once last night but hasn't really established a pattern yet so I can't get too excited! It feels good to wake up rested though. Mom leaves on Tuesday and she is trying to get in all of the cuddling she can. How we will cope after she leaves is a mystery to us all but......

Understand how you feel with your mom leaving... I always cry (and so does Reese) when my mom leaves and she only lives 8 hours away! Thinking of you! Alinya is so cute...
We think Alinya looks pretty comfortable hanging with her brothers. She is definitely a cutie! We've been busy with family things - had 26 people for dinner tonight! Sounds like you're getting off easy on the sleepless night routine - hope she keeps that up for you!
